Description:The level effects of the entertainment capital and virtual world's approval bonus and the assimilation foundation's influence bonus are now global, not local. Augmentation Center's intelligence bonus is now global as intended. Cultural beacon lost its global influence bonus as nothing in its description indicates that it was meant to be a global effect.
Notes:Is not compatible with Draver's UP_MBC_Culture.
